Borderlands [vanilla] {whitelisted} {1.21.4} {25+}

Looking for longterm mature players for our world Our server has been live for a while now. We are looking to expand our group of longterm players. We're a group of 10 active players now and would like to expand to 20. Since we are all around 30 years old we've decided on a minimum of 25 years of age and up. Some of us have nice bases already, others are starting out. The community stuff like shopping district are stil in the bezinning fases. We did just elect a shopping district mayor, so lots of develepments! Still lots of opportunities for new players! About our server: * 1.21.4 * Mature players 25+ * We love building giant bases and farms * Shopping district * Mini games district * Community builds * Nether highway network * Plans to build cool community hubs * Mostly we just build and chill and hang out together * Plans for community event days so the community stays closeknit * Servertour every 2 months * Map wil only reset outside of player built areas * The server will not reset so we can build a world together for years to come * Basic datapack setup with multiplayer sleep, mobheads and more. * Bluemap * Simple voicechat (not mandatory) You wanna hang out and play your own way while also building a community? Send me a dm and ill invite you to our discord for more info!

Is the second essence next season possibly related to Galatea's LP skin?

Like Edgar's related theme to Kurt's essence(Newspaper/Arachnids) and Helena from Emma's(Witchcraft), Sculptor has quite the impressive change that got me thinking if the next essence after the Conan Doyle estate crossover ends, we'd be getting a similar theme?

Easiest Way To Fix Natlans AQ : Natlan Rewrite

As we know, Natlan's story has been compared to something out of a 5th Grade Book or something predictable as many people already theorized correctly about Capitano's sacrifice ever since 5.0 and that the story of Natlan seemed to just be fleshed out just for new characters to take place -- Natlan has been even called the "money-maker nation" despite Hoyo losing alot of revenue from the area itself. So.. I had some ideas and decided to rewrite it here. **5.0 : Flowers Resplendent on The Sun-Scorched Sojourn** * Make our entrance to Natlan more dramatic -- all we did was overhear a conversation and decide to include ourselves in a war against the Abyss. * Idea : Make our boat from Fontaine suddenly get attacked by abyssal forces -- this showcases the abyss's influence over Natlan. Get Kachina to try and save us only for us to save her in the end due to her being abit inexperienced * Make us bond with Kinich more -- all we get from the quest is he's a messenger and he's Mualani's friend. **5.1 : The Rainbow Destined To Burn** * Let Mavuika and Capitano have more arguments about the fate of a nation. * Let Yohual's presence seem more deeper. * Let some of Mavuika's flaws show as she's arguing with Capitano, make her seem human -- not just empathetic. * Don't reveal Mavuika's back story yet but give some slight hints about her damaged past. * Explain more of Natlan's tech : Showcase how despite the technological advancements, Natlan's geography is still binded to the abyssal war and is still primitive. Showcase this advancement in much more REGAL or something better. **5.2 : Tapestry of Spirit and Flame** * Let us bond with Capitano MUCH more -- he's glorious and he's strong with good morals similar to the Traveler, the only difference is that Capitano's losses are in the past while Traveler is attempting to stop one in the future. (Father - Son dynamic) * Let the medicine made to circumvent the abyss be more explained * Idea : Make it out of Pholgistion or some elemental energy from Natlan -- but due to the odd Leylines it would also explain the odd effects. * REMOVE CITALI FANSERVICE... pls. **5.3 : Incandescent Ode of Resurrection** * Let the Traveler EARN and ACTIVATE their ancient name by themselves not by Yohual. * Let Mavuika's fear show and let her fear of the abyss take shape -- Get The Goated Captain save her and saving her from her fears convinces the Captain that Mavuika is not as stubborn as he thinks. * Let Mavuika fully activate her ancient name. * Let MAVUIKA to DIE and use the last powers of the Ode of Resurrection to save her -- but she's in a coma. * Let Capitano become Yohual's emissary which he uses to set all of his comrade's souls free with the new power as he is reborn as a Natlian. * Let Mavuika, Capitano and Traveler to go to the Night Kingdom. They represent all of Natlan's virtues -- War, Honor and Hope.

Im not lazy, Im just giving my thyroid a motivational speech every morning.

I swear, every day my thyroid wakes up and says, “Eh, not today.” Like, I literally have to pep-talk a Gland before I get out of bed. Meanwhile, people without hypothyroidism are out there jogging and baking bread. Me? I'm just trying to convince my thyroid to join me in existing. Anyone else’s thyroid on “snooze” mode 24/7?

Meredith Marks at the reunion

I would like to give props to Meredith for looking absolutely stunning and natural at the reunion. Those housewives in their 50s who are getting tweaks done and have glam, could take notes. Her hair looked natural, she didn't seem to be overly made-up like some of her cast mates and her skin was perfect, showing a few tiny lines that made her seem even more natural. That colour also suited her beautifully. Good job Meredith!

Parts compatibility for PC build

Parts compatibility for PC build

I am planning on building my 1st PC on a tight budget with dual monitors and since I'm new to this so wanted to get some opinions and advices on the compatibility of parts. Also, I won't be doing hardcore gaming or something like that, just day trading, video editing (1080p) and normal day to day stuffs. Please look at the details below and tell me if they're all perfectly compatible with each other or I'll run into some issues. Thanks in advance. I've been a homeowner for 4 years. These are the biggest things I wish somebody told me on day one.

**1.  Your home equity is a gold-mine. If you need cash, stop taking out high-interest loans.** So many people take out high-interest payday loans – please don’t do this. If you get into trouble you can typically get a relatively low-interest HELOC (a home equity line of credit). Essentially with a HELOC, you’re borrowing against the equity you have in your house and use it for whatever you need (much like a credit card). Typically, you’ll get lower interest rates and more flexible repayment terms compared to traditional loans. Here’s a calculator you can use to see how much/little you could borrow ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=lt-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). Side note: if you hate debt, you can still get money out of your home’s equity by using something like [Hometap](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=hometap&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), where you more or less sell investors a portion of your equity without a loan) **2. Switch auto insurance companies every 6-12 months.** If you haven’t compared auto insurance rates in the last 6 months, you’re probably overspending (on average by \~$400/year[¹](https://betterbuck.net/content/heres-how-much-youre-actually-overpaying-for-car-insurance/?subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1028-New-HELOC1st-Source)).  Example: I cut my car insurance bill by \~$1,300 this year by switching carriers (same exact coverage too) and it took me a whopping 5 minutes. Take two minutes and pull up a comparison site (I used [Coverage.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), [Auto-Savings.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=otto&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) is fine too) and compare multiple offers from different companies in one go. Worst case scenario: you stay with what you’ve got. Best case scenario: you save a few hundred dollars a year.Here’s a link to a good comparison site:[ link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st). **3. Try and find the best price online.** Big stores like Amazon know that no one has time to price shop through dozens of sites, so there’s often no incentive for them to offer bargain prices. I typically hate browser extensions with a fiery passion, but Capital One Shopping has always worked well for me and I'd recommend trying it ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=capitalone2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). When you shop online (on Amazon or elsewhere) it will automatically compare prices for you, and auto-apply coupon codes when possible. **4. Get yourself a dang advisor.** Most people are under the false impression that financial advisors are just for wealthy people. They absolutely aren’t: if you have a net worth of $100k+, you can typically qualify for an advisor. Having an advisor typically increases your yearly returns by 3%[¹](https://corporate.vanguard.com/content/dam/corp/articles/pdf/putting_value_on_your_value_quantifying_vanguard_advisors_alpha.pdf) (mostly due to smarter tax planning) If you don’t have an advisor in your family, use a site like [WiserAdvisor](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=wiser&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) or [Zoe Financial](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=zoe&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) to find somebody with good reviews in your area. **5. You don't have to pay off your debt by yourself.** Very few people know about it, but If you have $10k+ in debt, you can technically ask a debt relief to come in and take over the process for you.  It’ll typically save you 23% off your total debt, after fees (according to NDR, a big debt relief company).  They’ll negotiate with your creditors and try to get your debt reduced (then they take a cut of the savings). Typically people who are struggling with debt save 23% on avg. when they ask for help from debt relief companies. Here’s a little calculator you can use to see how much you’d potentially save: [link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=ndr2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). **6. Save on home insurance.** Some homeowners save $1k+/year just by switching home insurance providers (typically saving them more than changing auto insurance policies). If it’s been over a year since you’ve reviewed your rates, it might be worth taking a few minutes to compare offers. Here’s a home insurance comparison site I’ve used: ([link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)).
